Senior Investment Compliance Specialist (m/f) 
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Investment compliance Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our esteemed clients based in Switzerland and/or Germany.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, investment compliance standards, and industry best practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leading organizations in the financial sector, ensuring they meet and exceed compliance requirements while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as leader in the migration/implementation Projects between different investment compliance systems for different clients
- Ensure the best solutions and recommendation compliance monitoring set-up in system
- First point of contact for any on-site and off-site business and technical support request from all clients to ensure customer satisfaction and create opportunities to offer services in Investment compliance
- As required provide new business/sales process support
Skill Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, information technology or a related field, or equivalent education is required.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in a bank, financial institution or consultancy on investment compliance or controlling topics
- Intensive business and product knowledge on the following regulations – KAGB, AIFMD, EMIR, UCITIV, InvFG, KKV-FINMA, BVV2 as well as AnlV, CAA regulation for the insurance sector
- Comprehensive experiences in integrating and configuring the industry vended compliance monitoring systems such as Charles River, XENTIS, MIG21, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, Simcorp etc.
- Strong Project Management, system evaluation and requirement engineering in Investment compliance area.
- Efficient and precise working style and enable to work to challenge deadlines with excellent quality
- Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment, work effectively under pressure, both independently or as a member of a team and customer oriented
Junior Investment Compliance Specialist (m/f)
Implementation of investment compliance rules for investment funds and mandates in Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and other EU countries (analysis, definition, coding and testing of rules)
